On Friday, October 9, 2026, ESCA Legal hosted Boardrooms & Brunch™, an intimate ladies’ luncheon in The Parlour at Pendry Natirar in Peapack, New Jersey. More than 50 guests, most of them women founders, executives and business owners, spent the late morning and afternoon networking, shopping local vendors, hearing from an expert panel and sitting down to lunch together, according to the event’s press release.

Hosted by Francesca Witzburg, Esq., founder of ESCA Legal, the event was built for founders scaling multimillion-dollar companies, high-net-worth women, executives and local business owners who want the right legal and professional guidance. ESCA Legal handles trademarks, brand protection, IP enforcement and U.S. litigation for brands and businesses.

Guests arrived at 11:00 a.m. to mingle, shop and network. After sponsor introductions, Witzburg moderated the panel at 12:05 p.m., followed by lunch and conversation until 2:00 p.m.

The Panel: “$10M, $100M and Beyond”

The panel, titled “$10M, $100M and Beyond: What the Most Successful Owners Know,” focused on what separates business owners who grow to $10 million, $100 million and beyond from those who stall, from building a company that runs without its founder to planning for a sale and building wealth beyond the business itself. Witzburg brought the brand protection view: a brand is a balance-sheet asset, and buyers, lenders and investors pay for what a company actually owns, including registered trademarks, protected IP and clean contracts.

Witzburg moderated. The panelists, as the release describes them:

  • Brittany Holloway, “Lawyer Britt,” host of The Lawyer Britt Podcast. Holloway started her law firm at 28 from her living room, built a self-managed firm and sold it five years later. She now coaches law-firm owners and teaches founders to be Owners, not operators.
  • Alex Petrone, Managing Director & Growth Officer, Rockefeller Global Family Office. Petrone leads growth for the Northeast, Northern and Western Regions and sits on the board of The Rockefeller Trust Company, Delaware.
  • Stacy Wang, Managing Director & Head of Stakeholder Relations, Blackstone Private Credit. Wang leads stakeholder relations for BCRED, BXSL and BMACX.

“I wanted a room where women could talk about real numbers. Selling a company. Raising capital. Protecting the brand you built. No fluff. And that’s what we got. More than 50 women who showed up for each other and walked out with real relationships, not just business cards. Thank you to our panelists, our sponsors, our vendors and Pendry for making it happen. This was the first one. It won’t be the last,” said Francesca Witzburg, Esq., founder of ESCA Legal.
