These terms apply to the AI Visibility Program offered at gardenstatecircle.com/ai-visibility/. By purchasing the program, you agree to these terms.
“We,” “us” and “Garden State Circle” mean Garden State Circle Holdings LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. “You” means the business purchasing the program.
1. WHAT’S INCLUDED
The AI Visibility Program covers one business, at one location, in one primary market.
Businesses appear in our guides because they meet the guide’s published criteria. The program does not place a business in a guide or change where it appears; it covers the page, upkeep, tracking and reporting for a business that already qualifies.
Your program includes:
- A verified presence within relevant Garden State Circle local guides.
- A dedicated business page on gardenstatecircle.com, created with you during onboarding and maintained while your program is active.
- Three priority searches, selected with you, that we track each month.
- An AI visibility review to identify inaccurate, incomplete or missing information about your business and, where possible, work to correct that information at the sources available to us.
- Ongoing maintenance of the information Garden State Circle publishes about your business.
- A monthly AI visibility report.
Additional locations or markets may require a separate purchase.
2. AI VISIBILITY AND RESULTS
Garden State Circle publishes and maintains credible third-party information designed to help AI and search platforms better understand your business, services and areas of expertise.
Platforms such as ChatGPT, Google, Gemini and other AI and search systems use their own systems and information sources to determine what appears in their results.
Because we do not control those platforms, we cannot guarantee that your business will appear in a particular search, receive a specific ranking or recommendation, or generate a specific number of leads, customers or revenue.
Our commitment is to provide the publishing, information maintenance, visibility tracking and reporting included in your program.
3. PRICING AND BILLING
Monthly Plan
The monthly plan is $249 per month.
The program begins with a three-month minimum commitment. You are responsible for the first three monthly payments even if you request cancellation during that period.
After the initial three-month commitment, the program continues month to month and is billed automatically until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Annual Plan
The annual plan is $2,388 for 12 months and is charged in full at signup.
The annual price reflects a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Annual payments are nonrefundable once charged.
The annual plan does not automatically renew. We will contact you before the end of your term if you would like to continue.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to your payment.
We may change pricing for future terms with advance notice. A pricing change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. CANCELLATION
Monthly plans require at least 30 days’ notice before your next scheduled billing date to avoid that charge.
To cancel, email admin@gardenstatecircle.com.
If we receive your cancellation request less than 30 days before your next scheduled billing date, that payment will still be processed and will be your final payment.
Cancellation cannot take effect before completion of the initial three-month commitment.
There are no partial-month refunds.
Annual plans remain active through the end of the 12-month term purchased and are nonrefundable.
When your program ends, a business that meets a guide’s criteria remains in that guide. Your business page stays online but is no longer updated, and it will show the last date its details were checked. Monthly tracking and reports stop.
5. YOUR INFORMATION AND OUR PAGES
You agree to provide accurate and current information about your business and to notify us when important information changes.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any photos, logos, text or other materials you submit to us and give Garden State Circle permission to use those materials in connection with your business page, guides and program reporting.
Garden State Circle owns the pages, guides, formatting, editorial content and reports we create. You continue to own your business information, trademarks, photos and other materials you provide.
You may request corrections to factual information about your business at any time.
We may identify a business as a participant in the AI Visibility Program.
We reserve the right to verify information before publishing it and to correct or remove information that we reasonably believe is inaccurate or misleading.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Garden State Circle’s total liability for any claim arising from the AI Visibility Program will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months immediately before the claim.
Garden State Circle is not responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities or other indirect or consequential losses related to participation in the program.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
7. GENERAL TERMS
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Any changes specifically agreed to between you and Garden State Circle must be made in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting an active paid program will be communicated before they take effect.
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
