These terms cover the services Garden State Circle Holdings LLC provides to businesses that sign up and pay through our website. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you are buying. The service and price you selected at checkout, as described on the page you bought from. Anything not listed there is not included.
Term and renewal. Your subscription has an initial term of three months. After that it continues month to month until you cancel. Each month is billed in advance to the payment method on file.
Cancelling. After the initial three months, cancel any time by emailing admin@gardenstatecircle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep the service until then. There are no refunds for a partial month.
Refunds. If we make a mistake on your listing or page, we correct it. If we cannot deliver what you bought, we refund the payment for the period we did not deliver. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the card processor’s fee on the original payment is not returned.
Your information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you give us. If something changes, tell us and we will update it. We may decline or remove content that is false, misleading, unlawful or that we are not able to confirm.
What we do not promise. We do not guarantee any particular number of visitors, calls, customers or search results. We describe what we publish; we do not control how any search engine or AI service uses it.
Changes to these terms. If we change these terms, the new version is posted here with a new date and applies to billing periods that start after that date.
