The Guide: Things to Do With Kids in Somerset County, NJ
How to Use This Guide
This guide lists places in Somerset County where a parent can take a child to play, book a session, or hold a party. Each row is one venue, with its town, the kind of place it is, the ages it publishes, the days and hours it publishes for walk-in play, whether it hosts parties, and its own website.
A venue is here when its own website or Google Business Profile publishes at least one of three things: walk-in open play for children, a children’s party package, or a session a parent can book for a child at a rink, arcade or escape room. A venue that publishes none of these is not listed.
Open play days and hours are the venue’s own words on the day we read them, shortened. Most of these venues change hours seasonally and on holidays; check the venue’s page before you go. No prices appear on this page. Where a venue publishes no value for a column, the cell says Not published.
About This Guide
This guide is produced by Garden State Circle. Venues appear here because they meet the criteria described above — a website or Google Business Profile of their own, a location in Somerset County, and published open play, a published children’s party package, or a published session a parent can book for a child. That is a test, not a judgment, and it is the only route onto this page. No business can pay to be included in this guide, to be listed higher, or to change what the table says about it. Venues are grouped by type and listed alphabetically within each type, and every detail in the table was verified against each venue’s own website or Google Business Profile in October 2026.
Everything under the heading that begins this guide is governed by the rules above, on every guide we publish. Garden State Circle is supported by the businesses that participate in it. Participation pays for our ongoing work: keeping a business’s entry accurate, re-checking its record, and publishing a page of its own details that the business maintains. There is no paid placement in this guide. Participation does not buy a place here, a position here, or anything the comparison table says. Where a row carries a verification date, that is when we last checked that business’s record ourselves. A row without one has not been checked recently — that is a fact about our work, not about the business.
Garden State Circle is published in New Jersey by Tiffany and Jake Slowinski and covers Somerset County. Contact the publisher at jake@gardenstatecircle.com. How every guide is made, in one place: how every guide is made.

Towns, types, ages, open play days and hours, and party lines are each venue’s own, taken from its own website or Google Business Profile in October 2026. Chain or franchise in the Type column is printed where the venue publishes it. Hours change seasonally and on holidays; check the venue’s page before you go. Calendar on site means the venue publishes its schedule on a calendar page rather than as fixed hours. Not published means the source we read does not say.
Common Questions
Which towns does this guide cover?
All of Somerset County. Each venue’s town is printed as the venue publishes it. Venues in neighboring counties are not on this page.
Are prices listed?
No. Each venue publishes its current prices on its own site, linked in the Venue column.
Where are the party details?
Party packages, private rooms, guest limits and the age bands each venue serves are on Kids’ Birthday Party Venues in Somerset County, NJ. Open play passes, socks rules and adult admission for the play spaces are on Indoor Play Spaces in Somerville, NJ.
A venue I know is not here.
Either its own website or Google Business Profile did not publish open play, a children’s party package, or a bookable session for a child when we read it, or its own site could not be read. Write to the address at the bottom of this page with the venue’s name and a link to the page that shows it, and we will check.
Does a venue pay to be listed?
No. Nothing on this page can be bought — not a place in the table, not a position in it, and not what any cell says.
Page built and verified: October 2026.
