One: Office Evolution, at 50 Division Street across the street from the Somerville train station. The other three local rows are in Hillsborough, on Raider Boulevard and Amwell Road.
What is the difference between coworking, a private office and an executive suite?
Coworking is a desk in a shared room, sold by the day pass or by the month. A private office is a lockable room inside an operator’s space, on a short or month-to-month term, with the shared kitchen, reception and meeting rooms around it. An executive suite is a private office in a landlord’s building, also on a short term, with a shared conference room; the Suite Life buildings in this guide are that kind, and their pages publish no day pass or coworking plan.
Can I rent a meeting room without being a member?
Office Evolution says non-members can book its rooms at the full rate. The other operators publish an hourly rate or an online booking page but do not say on the page we read whether non-members may book; ask the location.
Why do the chain rows quote prices per person per day?
That is how Regus and Spaces publish their starting prices on their own location pages. We print what the operator prints, in the operator’s unit, and do not convert it to a monthly figure.
Which locations can I reach by train?
The Transit column names a station only when the operator names it on its own page.
