A practice appears here if it meets three tests. It is a general dental practice, according to its own website. It has an office you can walk into in Freehold Borough, Freehold Township, Howell Township, Farmingdale, Manalapan Township or Englishtown, stated on its own website or on the business profile it maintains on Google. And at least one dentist it names holds a New Jersey dental license that the state register showed as Active on October 18, 2026.
Specialists — orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, oral surgeons and pediatric dentists — are not on this list, and a general practice that employs a specialist is listed as a general practice.
Eleven practices meet the tests. They are listed alphabetically.
About This Guide
This guide is produced by Garden State Circle. Practices appear here because they meet the criteria described above — a general dental practice with an office in one of the towns this guide covers and at least one named dentist whose New Jersey license the state register showed as Active. That is a test, not a judgment, and it is the only route onto this page. No practice can pay to be included in this guide, to be listed higher, or to change what the comparison table says about it. Practices are listed alphabetically, and every detail in the table was verified against each practice’s own website and against the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs licensee register in October 2026.
Everything under the heading that begins this guide is governed by the rules above, on every guide we publish. Where a sponsor’s message appears above that heading, it is paid for and labelled, and it buys nothing in the guide. Garden State Circle is supported by the businesses that participate in it. In that column, Not found by us means our search of the register returned no record for that name at the practice’s town, and a status other than Active is printed next to the name as the register showed it; that is a fact about the register on one day, not a statement that anyone is practicing without a license. Ownership and new-patient columns restate what the practice itself publishes; Not published means we read the website and the fact is not on it, and Not found by us means we could not read a page to check.
